Dr. Todd Housh
Research Scientist
Area of Expertise: Isotope Geochemistry, Igneous Petrology

Short Biography:
Dr. Housh received a Ph.D in 1989 from Washington University. He is responsible for the thermal ionization and the induction-coupled plasma mass spectrometry facilities in the Department where he is involved in the measurement of isotope ratios and geochemical analyses.  His current research primarily focuses on the application of radiogenic isotopes and geochemistry to problems in igneous petrology.  Dr. Housh has recently been working in both extension- and arc-related volcanic fields throughout central and northern Mexico and on post-collisional igneous rocks in western New Guinea.
