Short
Biography:
Jessie
came to The University of Texas in January
2000 after completing her Ph.D. in vertebrate
paleontology at Yale University. She is
a postdoctoral fellow in the High-Resolution
X-ray Computed Tomography Facility. From

the site features almost 200 taxa. Beginning
in 2004, Jessie will be a collaborator
on Deep
Scaly, a project focusing

Jessies dissertation and ongoing
research focus on the development of the
squamate skeleton and its morphology using
cleared and double stained specimens and
high-resolution X-ray CT.
